RETURNS POLICY

Our products are all raw, living foods so they’re highly perishable if not kept at proper conditions. Therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges of your order unless the product is faulty or damaged in transit. Please contact us ASAP with details and photos of original packaging including security seals along with proof of purchase.

We use lots of dry ice to keep the products cold in transit but when the delivery person hands you your order, it will be without the ice as it is left at the delivery box.
